I am wanting to know if anyone could give me a sugestion on what would be causing a vibration from the front steering at about 45 miles per hour it feels like a wheel wants to come off but everything is tight nothing lose that i can see and i also have replace the tie rod ends both inner and outters.Also the front is not lowered either. thanks

If the tires are directional and they are on the wrong side then that will cause a vibration, also have the tires balanced. Have u checked the wheel bearings?

check the balljoints and bushings in the control arms

try the ball joints dude, or check the thread of your steering adapter,  Wink

Its the lower control arm bushings - they egg shape and allow the lca to move back and forth causing the vibration. Use the energy suspension urethane bushings - replace the strut rod bushings also while you're at it - they are available in urethane too.
