Hi my name is Cody. I drive a 1998 Dodge ram 1500 sst currently sitting on a 3/5 Drop. I decided to use a dodge for this  compitition. I just started the build 2/14/10. 5 hobby shops later, i finally got all my supplies.

I printed up the desktop backgrounds to use as a back drop.

First I cut the inner front fender wells out to make room for the 23". Then sections of the bed were removed to accomidate the 23". I used a hot knife and thread to remove and cut the resin.

I made wheel tubs to accomidate the 23"
066

I removed the stock roll pan. It going to get a tailgate skin and possibly a cali combo!

After 1 days of work here is a picture if the truck mocked up.

I like the wheel tubs. Those wheels are going to look sweet. I guess we can battle between our trucks too. lol.

I decided to smooth the front bumper leaving the fog light holes.

The firewall was cute and tubbed to fit the wheels.

The firewall was then notched to allow the frame to tuck up under the body.

Racing Buckets

I build the frame from the firewall back. I cut out the fenderwell and the bottom of the chassis. I used the front clip and then built a bodydropped frame.

I redesigned the crossmember to look more like the notch shape. A driveshaft hoop was added. I still need to build body mounts and compressor mounts torwards the back of the frame.

Here is the back. I changed the rollpan out and smoothed the tailgate handle. Im keeping the body lines and the taillights!

Here is the frame under the body. Still need a lot of work on both the frame and bed/body.
