Ford Ranger Leveling Kit

I found this for a pretty reasonable price. I jacked up my 1996 2WD Ranger and I loved the look of it (despite the small 225/70R14 kicks).

I need an alignment already so that I'm not worried about.

I just want to know if there are things I need to do/avoid with spacers like these.
