The cop pulled the CR-v over, and as he pulled over the the driver in the infiniti though it was a good idea to pass traffic on the shoulder and ends up crashing the CHP bike in to the Honda.
The driver in the Infiniti is a tool, The 405 freeway has been shut down for most the day. Some people should be shot on sight.
