RaceBuddy extended to Truck Series for M'ville

NASCAR.COM, the official online destination of NASCAR, has signed the Ram Truck brand to its first-ever online coverage of the Camping World Truck Series on Saturday from Martinsville, Va.

Truck RaceBuddy on NASCAR.COM will be a multiplatform companion to televised coverage of the event, carried live and exclusively on SPEED. With four customizable camera angles and social media integration, Truck RaceBuddy on NASCAR.COM is designed to enhance the viewing experience for fans, and bring them closer to all the race action.

"RaceBuddy is an award-winning and highly successful franchise for NASCAR.COM," said Walker Jacobs, senior vice-president, Turner Sports and Entertainment Digital Ad Sales. "We're pleased that our great partners at Ram Trucks will enable us to bring this one-of-a-kind product to NASCAR Camping World Truck Series fans.

"It's a contextually natural fit for the Ram brand, and also provides them an amazingly rich platform to carry their new branding to a highly loyal, engaged, and now appreciative audience who, at last, can view this content on the Web."

The Ram Truck brand is the exclusive sponsor of each of four different camera angles of the Truck RaceBuddy feature, providing live feeds of all the racing action: Backstretch Cam will feature various video feeds from different angles around the track; two In-Car cams will allow fans to watch and listen-in on all the action from inside the car; and Battle Cam will stream the most intense head-to-head competitions between drivers on the track throughout the race.

Ram Truck brand sponsorship also includes additional brand presence on NASCAR.COM, and co-branded promotional banners running throughout the Turner Network portfolio of sport and entertainment sites.
