I wouldn't be able to exactly say point-by-point why the pricing is different, but I'll take a stab at it. The price we pay for vehicles depends on many variables, including, but not limited to:
Origin of vehicle, freight costs, taxes, currency exchange rates, labor costs, etc.
For the similar vehicles that exist in both the U.S. and E.U., even those vehicles may be different with regards to emissions and crash equipment, which may alter the pricing.
