i have a 2006 silverado with 4.3 that has a vibration that starts around 20 mph and stops around 45 mph. please what is it and how to fix it.

Is the vibration coming through the steering wheel? If so your tires might not be balanced properly. I have that problem with a vehicle of mine.

I would clean your driveshaft thoroughly with kerosene or some other kind of solvent to make sure it's free of any any aftermarket "coating" or anything else that might be throwing off its balance.
Also, is your truck lifted or lowered at all? Doing this will change the driveshaft angle, and could cause some vibration from the U-joints.

no its not lifted or lowered its stock. the vibration only happens between 0-40 giving it little gas around town its like driving a manual truck and shift into a high gear at a low speed.thanks for your reply
