Can't Find 1993 Ford Ranger Fuel Line

Hello,

I am the original owner of a 1993 Ford Ranger, 4.0 Liter engine and I'm frustrated about not being able to find the fuel line that goes from the fuel pump to the fuel filter, it is amazing how Ford considers the parts obsolete and dont stock them anymore, all the parts stores in Hawaii does not stock them either. Can someone give me an idea where to get this thing or do I have to have it made special by a hose company. Since I am the primary mechanic it is very frustrating not to be able to get something that I consider a common item. Please help
