CAN ANYONE HELP?

I have 2002 4x4 3.2 LS Auto. The transmission seems to run fine, but when I get to 60-65mph, it acts like it wants to go into 4th gear, but won''t. I get the RPM jump and everything, but then it just stays in higher RPMs. When I hit 75-80mph, The transmission shifts real hard, RPMs drop way low, and the check tranny light comes on. I''m afraid I''m burning up the transmission when I go on the highway. Please help ASAP!

Sounds like you're probably low on trans fluid, first of all. Have you checked the levels?
