I found this on Motor Trend's forums:
:
TAC Deathwatch is reporting that Redink Rick will tender his resignation this week. And make way for Fritz Henderson to take over. He can take his $100M that he has earned from GM and retire to a tropical island somewhere. Knowing that he has left GM in new and capable hands. Wonderful ending to his life story. But what about all the millions of passengers that are still on this sinking ship??? I guess that will be up to the 'new' management to take car of them. Hmmm. Wonderful legacy RIR will be leaving. Let's hope the passengers and crew will cherish this legacy after all is said and done.
I used to think that if GM had 'new management', they could be saved by a Chapter 11 filing. The more i think about it, the more I wonder if it is just all 'too late.
