Brake; Batt Symbol; and the T/A Temp. lights all on

I hope that some one can help me, I have all these lights lust popped on my 2002 Montero, (Brake; Batt Symbol; and the A/T Temp) I was on my way going out and I turned the turn signals on and they didn’t work, they worked before at the turn before this one, however now all these lights popped on, and none of the signals work, not even the emergency flasher, I have checked all the fuses and they are all good, plus I checked the charging on the alternator and it showed 15.40 volts, I think that is a little high but not sure… Help!!!
