2 to 3 at most. I use the 4 wheel drive 3 to 4 times per month, getting to my house though.

I own a 2001 GMC Yukon XL SLT w 145000 miles.
I tow our boat approximately 18 times during April-September usually about 80 miles round trip. The there is at least one trip that we tow 1000 miles roundtrip.
I tow our BSA Troop trailer about 4 times a year with all the gear in it. About 6 times a year I haul scouts and all their gear for trips running from 100 miles round trip to 400 miles round trip.
I haul used equipment/gear or building supplies about 4 times a year for myself, family or friends.
I am in 4 wheel drive about 6 times (beaches, off road, logging trails) over the summer and then depending on time off and the weather probably another 6 times in the spring, summer and fall combined.
Thats probably average for me. My wife probably hauls 3 of four times a year on top of that.
BTW - I looked at the future designs and I cant see the appeal. The all look like toys or sports cars. You want one of those then buy a sports car.
See, my YukonXL is a truck not an SUV, it takes me hunting, fishing, camping, boating. I put a deer in it if I manage to shoot one. My beagles (2) ride with me at least 3 times a week. It gets scratched going off road and I spend the next week buffing scratches out.

We have a Barco trailer for work here, and we transport it all around Texas. Currently, it is in Round Rock. We have about 10 stops each month, with time off in between. We use a F-350, but we all wish that we had a 3500 Silverado instead. Sorry, I am a Chevy guy.

We tow a moderately heavy fifth wheel (13000 lbs.) about 8 to 10 times a year. Mostly short trips of 150 miles or less, a couple trips 500 or more miles. We also tow several smaller light cargo and boat trailers more often, weekly or so. We are currently using a new F-350 with the TorqShift automatic, but I don't like the way it shifts when pulling a heavy load. This transmission shifts into overdrive even when in the tow/haul mode. Every moderate hill you come to the torque converter clutch dis-engages and the trans shifts to 4th till you top the hill then it goes back into overdrive and locks up again. Drives us nuts. The manual gearbox is the way to go on Fords. Like the vehicle otherwise, but will probably get something different as soon as we can.
