I have an 05' equipped with the 5.4L, auto-tranny and two wheel drive. The unit currently has an in town average of 15.6 MPG and around 19.2 highway, if I keep it under 80.

Other than a K&N air filter it is bone stock.  

Can any one recommend any other bolt on's that might improve the mpg with out performance sacrifice?
