2007 2500 HD SUSPENSION

What is GM doing with this new coil over suspension on the HD line of trucks. They have lowered the GVW of the front axle from 4925 to 4200 lbs. I think this was already lower than Ford F250's and Dodge. Now there are no commercial snowplows available. They are all too heavy. I am sure the after market will pick up the slack. I have seen some spacers for the springs on the 1500 trucks and suv's, but when purchasing a new truck for a business, this could be a huge issue.
