*** Me no gusta nada. This is a really tiny space... I don't like it very much.  

It's important for your opinions to be posted here, or in pm's to Mom. There's an old saying..."the squeaky wheel gets the grease". So let them know what you like/dislike. And do it right away!  

Here's a list of comments people have sent me. All seperate individuals, I won't mention any names.

-It seems really awkward to navigate (a'la autoweek) but that could change with familiarity. what i didn't like was i didn't see a post count, i kinda like the titles(didn't see those) but most important... I HAD TO WATCH A STINKING COMMERCIAL TWICE IN THE SPAN OF A MINUTE AND A HALF!!!!!!!!!

-I'm gonna leave the forums if they look like that!

-Sounds crap...why would they downgrade from what we have?

-Surely this isn't the finished product?

-It damn sure isn't an improvement over the current ones.

-I don't like them.

-I hate it. No way to know if any posts were made...no smileys...no way to post a link either...they don't even get the entire page dedicated to the forums .

-My thoughts would be not good. The picture posting is one of the reasons I like the current format.

-It's too small, the ads slow the computer WAY down (and i've got a good machine)...I'm NOT a fan at ALL. And I don't think it will work very well. Not for attracting newcomers or keeping the old.

-We just traded in our CTS-V for a Daewoo.

-If it comes down to that we should make our own forum and get everyone else to go there and everytime a new person signs in here we try to get them over there.

-It sucks.

-I will not be going back to that forum.  

Pluses:  Very Readable
Minuses: No personalizations.  It would be nice to post pictures, it helps to give a visual sometimes!  

No smileys, not links or pics....very cramped  

OK, I gave you a list of everyone elses thoughts; (I contacted close to 20 members) now here are mine.

The advertisements are a bad idea, and the fact that bbcode does not work is absolutely unnacaptable. The layout stinks; but I could probably live with that if we could have our bbcode back. For those not in the know; bbcode is what you use to post smileys, pictures, links, bold or italic text, basically everything. For example; a link would be Motor Trend ForumsThis forum is supposed to have bbcode, but evidently it's not working.  

Two words: more cowbell.
